well pretty much it is pretty obvious that my favorite part of the week this week was simply that our ward had 2 baptisms this week! one a nice grandma i found back with elder gibson, she is so awesome! pretty much her only problem was coffee she is seriously so dope!! and the other was ying cheng en應承恩 he has been around for a lomng time and a few timers he has come in and out because of work and things like that but he was ready and the time was here! I nearly died he showed up about 7 minutes late, and our ward was really trying to get things moving and i was just like pacing a road into the ground man. But everything went smooth and he is sick!

i'll also be very honest i really am just not feeling like writing that much this week so i love you guys, this week we had the ward activity with like 18 nonmembers come. the kids loved it, we played games, im feeling really happy and im feeling really like just going and punching a wall until the wall itself gets baptized, (thats a good thing) life is good my friends

Yeah… That just happened

So this was pretty fun week, the email head has a couple of meanings. A- biggest miracle ever!!!! so we sat down with this super cool investigator, and were like alright we gotta review like 6 commandments with you, and your date is for this week.... oh boy, and we sit down and with in 5 minutes he was like my date is this week what do i need to do to get baptized. We start sharing commandments and he is just like i know all of these and explains them all to us. So instead we finish the 5th lesson on temples and eternities and stuff, and set his interview. Shows up to his interview and blew through it in like 30 mins or less. He is dope! not only that we moved his baptism back a week to give a little time to prepare. And he is just like no problem when are we meeting to discuss all the logistics? Yeah, we are pumped about this weekend. Also a grandma that i knocked into with my baby is getting baptized this week. Because us elders can only teach men and families and the vice versa for sisters she has been taught by the sisters. So double baptism for our ward this week! and both are totally dope people:)

secondly i'm 20 we ate a muffin and threw water balloons at me on  the roof, and we did the mission it was a good day. Now i am officially old. That is my last birthday on the mission. And i am no longer a "teenager" now i am an adult. so now everyone calls me old. well guess what my companions has already graduated college get off of my back. nah im just playing how ever it was awesome we foound really expensive imported blueberry muffin mix, and made a muffin cake in the rice cooker, and we threw water balloons at showering elders the next couple days it was fun, and usually really, wet all over our floor, luckily its tile:) don't worry dad and mom i learned that much:)

It has been a fun week We had 5 general authorities come to the mission and give us some dope instruction! and they praised us and ouor mission and then encouraged us to go a do. It was lit3erally so dope! they are awesome! we had bishop waddell, he is darn tall!!! and elder cook who was really funny! and lastly we had a few other of the 70 like elder mers and funk and soares. It was an amazing chance to do what we do! I saw everyone because our whole mission got together! so i saw my little child he is such a cutie! and i saw elder facer and zhuang and my hualian friend elder gwilliam and hamilton everyone:) it was good！！

that was our week! love you guys!

I should just tell you this the power behind an apastolic testimony is insane, and when they talk to us missionaries they sometimes go a little different then i have ever heard. Because they all love the work!!! The simple power behind the words and faith he had, and used, was amazing the church is true my friends believe

I'll be Straight

This week was great but i am about to skype the family, so... ya know this is gonna be a pretty lame email! So my companion is great! our whole week was spent with freaking joy and fun and finding and teaching and baptism preparation!

We have a great investigator that is on track for this week or next weeks baptism. I just helped a nice grandma that i found a taught a little bit then handed to the sisters do her baptismal interview! She has changed a lot since march!! I am so excited for her to get baptized!

Our LA homie is doing great he has not missed church in 4 weeks and mets with us 2 times a week, and sometimes just calls us to hangout! He is so legit! He has been really feeling the gospel if he weren't already baptized we would have baptized him a long time ago!

We found a huge spider in our apartment the size of my palm, and so we videod it being murdered by a broom and a taiwanese guy. Then we have also had large cockroaches about the length of my pointer finder and 11/2 of my thumbs wide. we murder them as well, because they are yucky and do bad things to sleeping elders. One time i woke up in the middle of the night and felt something crawling on me, so i popped off my pillow freaking out. After shaking everything out and finding nothing i was like you're just going insane Elder Conover it was nothing. Then Elder Clegg popped off his pillow and did the exact same thing. nope no thanks whatever it was i hope it fell into a lake of fire i want to sleep peacefully thank you. 

We had our LA and best investigator come to church! It was awesome. we will be teaching said people this week again. I want to skype so peace out guys

Well i will start with this, My baby is a big boy now, and 本地人 #2 is now my compnaion! i could not be more excited! I frreaking love taiwan poeple! So my new companion his name is Elder Lin (林長老) And he is almost 26 years old. he has been on the mission for about 7 months. And he is a cutie. And let me tell you there is nothing like going from training, where all things involving chinese rely on you, to have a native companion who uses way better chinese than you!😂😂 Serious;y the first day we went out to contact people and i felt so dumb trying to keep up in the conversation. The worst is they love to use idioms, which is a small phrase with a story behind it and an over all meaning. Those will get you. But it is a ton of fun still!

So we sent Elder Wadsworth and Elder Gibson off for their new areas. Got my new companion. The poor guy his first day here had to help me teach 20 children english. Man that was crazy! He was like holy cow! this is insane and i was like yeah i know! isn't it fun! Luckily his english is pretty good! We have been out contacting people for m,ost of our week. However we did meet with the 魏wei family. They are pretty freaking awesome! we are working on helping the husband realize that it is time to get baptized! because they are long time ago investigators. The wife is totally down, the husband is a little more slow coming. But he is opening up, I think he is starting to feel that it is time. But he is still a little scared because they've heard it all before so they are trying to take it all together and at the same time. But we just remind them one step at a time. No problem.

Alright this part is so dope! FENGLIN HAD IT'S FIRST BAPTISM!!!!!!!鳳林！！！！我愛你 an old friend Zhu baba got baptized!!! it was so awesome! president let us skype in! and he was like hey guys! (because me and Elder cheney had taught him together and we skyped him together) I'm getting baptized! and he brought his wife and his mom and atleast one of his kids!!! i am so darn excited for them!!! Everything is a good day when things like that happen! Zhu baba is literally such a bomb! he is liie 70 something years old, and the first time we met him, he literally after seeing a small tract and us telling him about our church was just like "wow this stuff is awesome, why dont other churches have this" and from there it grew to "buddhism doesn't make sense you can't make a person into a god, god was before people" man he was literally the best guy ever! love him!

I have wrote enough that was my week it was dope, i am happy fenglin is a great place that is all:) love you mom, dad, and all siblings. EVERYONE do not forget Mother's day! its the best day to serve mama bear! And who doesn't want to show love for their mama!!!

Hey MOM guess what, you're the best i love you and you know that no matter what language i speak i'll never be able to say enough in words to explain it! thanks for everything! You're the best!

Divebombing cockroach

Once upon I time, we came back home, after a long, warm day and loosened the tie, and threw down the bag. Then I started the AC and cooled off for about 3 seconds and picked up the phone, then i realized i wanted the bedroom to be cool as well, so i walk over and open the door grab the AC remote and start that puppy up! And i hear this sound like a dog scratching on the door. So i was about to turn it off, and then go check out the problem. And then all of the sudden i see a large reddish brown thing drop out of it. Right on top of my bed.... Obviously i knew what it is, so yelled to Elder Gibson to grab some stuff, while i glued my eyes to it. Eventually we grabbed my sword for obvious reasons, ain't no body wanna touch that nasty sucker, they are fast and they can squeeze out of anything. So we flicked it off my bed to the ground and in the end, long story short... several extra sheets flung everywhere, a mattress flipped, and a box-spring on its side. We had it trapped. AND AGAIN OBVIOUSLY he had to die to like a real monster he is. So after a few stabs threw the gut Elder Gibson thought he was dead, so we went to grab it and it ran away. So he caught it and threw it in the toilet, The final tally was about an inch and a half(or more) long and about 3/4 of an inch thick. Needless to say i turn on the AC and watch closely now a days.

Psych we had a really fun week! and we actually just had an LA take us to 宜蘭 YiLan for the day, we just got back, and then we will head over to play frisbee:) But we had temple day and that was super nice!!!! and we also had another trampoline day that was nice! I have still been trying the 300 workout! My body is tired. And we had another little kid english class activity! and everyone loved it agaijn!

the work has been great we have been working hard and seeing success we are looking good for May baptisms. And this is my last time to email with Elder Gibson my poor baby child. have fun

Wow late P – Day

The This week has been insane!!!!!!!!! honestly we did so much stuff, i can't remember most of it, so if this email is short sorry.

first things first, a little while back, i helped the zone leaders teach a new guy the first lesson, and 2 weeks ago i helped do his baptismal interview he got baptized this week!!!!!!! He is a huge goof, and ges along with the elders well, cuz he likes to jok a ton!!

Also i found out this last week that a few friends from a little younger than me will be coming to my mission!!!!! im pumped out of my mind!!!!! So me and elder gibson were out this week, working as you do, ya know sharing about the living church of christ. and then we were like hey what ever happened to the former investigator family we knocked into over a mnth ago. Blow over there (pouring rain so it had some extra fun, actually it was nice this wek it cooled us off) and we set the family up for tomorrow(my time) We are very excited!!!! 

Also this whole week there is millions of fireflys on this really pretty hike by our house. Sadly i cannot get a good picture of them. our members took us there! and we had our cool investigator with us. It was super pretty!!! and we found out after catching a few, that if you touch them, they live until dead alone, because they smell like us now and their mate leaves them forever..... oops we made a few bachelor bugs that night..... sorry bro.

Also a little while we back met this dope Less-Active member. We called this week due to the fact that we have too many lessons and we had him help us do splits!!! so he helped me teach a lesson to a new iinvestigator! he did awesome! he even used an analogy i used while teaching him, and the new guy loved it! i was literally just pumped out of my mind, just in heaven, and after he was just like thanks for teaching me how to share the gospel!! and then he ame to curch! it was awesome!

The last second

DMan this week was awesome guys! Me and Elder Gibson have a ton of fun, just so you know! ALSO THE COMING WEEK MY P_DAY WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY, DON'T FREAK OUT. Awesome now that that is handled, back to the fun stuff, So this whole week we didn't have a ton of stuff going on, however i had one of the best exchanges of my mission. Because i went with Elder Cheney. HAHA ie my last companion. Man that was fun! 

So this week we had a sick chance to meet with a man by the name of 應承恩 ying cheng en. Who has been investigating the church for quite a few months now. Long before we came in. But we met with him this week for the first time in a few months. (he works from 9pm until 11am) its hard to get him to meet. But we reviewed the restoration of the gospel  with him, since it had been so long. And when we were sharing the joseph smith experience, he sat there stairing at the table and just wiated for a sec. Then slowly said "that story, when I read it and heard it, thats when i knew" In the 2nd floor of that 7-11 there was more than just a moment filled with the holy ghost testifying to all three of us the truth of this simple message. He is nowing working towards baptism in may.

We had some other really crazy miracles right near the end of the week. The4 middle of our week we didn't have a ton of time for finding in our area. So the weekend didn't have a lot of people set up. And right near sunday night, i was getting a little bit worried that we wouldn't make our trsanfer goal. And by the end of the night we some how managed to get 6 people to set-up with us. And we barely even touched the streets. I know that it was purely Heavenly Father preparing who and what we needed. When you make a goal, and trust that goal to the Lord, and then work with everything you have to achieve it. you can. 

I am eternally grateful for the chance to serve now as a missionary, and will love this chance forever. I took some time to look through the book of Proverbs in the Old Testament. I ran across this verse. Proverbs 18:19 which is along the lines of "a brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city, and their contentions are like the bars of a castle." I firmly believe that no matter who you are, you have no right to put down someone else. And especially when you do, you have now created quite the problem, and it is really hard to take care of. In Hebrews the Apostles remind us to continue you brotherly love. Never doubt the strength of the family. especially your brothers and sisters. And are we not all brothers and sisters? Love all men and women and children. Put no one beneath you. Rather do as the living prophets have directed us. "do you want to be happy? serve. Lift the hands of those that hang down in despair, strengthen the knees of those that struggle under their burdens." Please be happy my friend and family, and follow the Savior, serve all forbid none.
